Hours and Contacts

The office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. If you wish to speak to the office staff, make an appointment, or have question for one of the vets please call during these hours.
Outside these normal office hours these numbers are answered by our emergency service providing you with 24-hour 7-days a week emergency service.

Access

Entry and exit to the practice is clearly marked roadside with good turning access to accommodate the largest horseboxes. We have ample parking with adequate space to unload horses safely. If you would like to leave your vehicle at the practice for the day this may be possible but please check with the office for prior authorisation.

We regret that we cannot enter into e-mail correspondence with owners who are not registered clients of the Practice. This is for the safety of your horse as we would not have access to its medical history. If you would like a second opinion please call the office and talk to one of the vets. Before a second opinion can be given you must contact your veterinary surgeon and get a referral.
